PER Previous Employment Upload – Oracle EBS SQL Report

Oracle E-Business Suite SQL report from the Enginatics Library powered by Blitz Report™.

Overview

Upload to create, update and delete previous employment as in the Previous Employment window of the People form: previous employers with address, country, type, period of service and the Additional Previous Employer Details flexfield, and the jobs held there with employee category, period and the Additional Previous Job Details flexfield.

Each row holds a previous employer and optionally one of its jobs; the employer columns repeat on every job row. A row is matched to an existing employer by the hidden id of a downloaded row, otherwise by employee, employer name and employer start date, and to an existing job by job name and start date within the employer.

The assignment usages of previous jobs (Assignment Details region) are not part of the upload.

Running This SQL Without Blitz Report

The SQL source can be run in any SQL client. Some Oracle EBS SQL reports in this library use functions from the utility package xxen_util – install it first. Blitz Report™ adds parameters, Excel output with pivots, scheduling and security on top.
